Mansur Yavaş to recount 7 years in Ankara

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (ABB) Mayor Mansur Yavaş attended an iftar dinner organized by the ABB at the Mutlu Family Life Center. 

Emphasizing unity in his speech at the iftar, Yavaş said, "As you know, we are surrounded by a ring of fire from both inside and outside. Unfortunately, we do not know what awaits us in the coming days. But as long as we remain united and together in this way, we are in a position to collectively repel all attacks that may come against us and our country. It is our religious days, our national days, and our national holidays alongside our national days that bring us together as one. We celebrate these together. I pray to God that, God willing, we will first reach the holiday together, in peace and happiness, with our families. And I hope that from now on, we will always come together on good days. We want to experience the same enthusiasm together," he said. 

"We will give an account to the people of Ankara"

Stating that he wants to give an account to the people of Ankara, Yavaş said, "On March 28 or 29, God willing, we will gather at the Arena and I want to give an account to the people of Ankara, and hopefully to the people of Mamak if you honor us with your presence, regarding what we have done and what we have not done over the past seven years. On that day, we will also provide explanations regarding the status of the metro, the projects to be carried out in Mamak, and everything that has been done. We will seek your blessing," he stated.
