The Mavi Marmara Freedom and Solidarity Association stated in an announcement on its website that Israel has launched a major genocide in Gaza, noting that mosques, schools, hospitals, and all civilian residential areas are under attack.

The statement reported that more than 11 thousand people have been martyred in Gaza in the last month, and thousands of civilians have been seriously injured.

Emphasizing that Israel continues its massacre without heeding the decisions and warnings of the United Nations and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and has ignored the international conscience since October 7, the statement included the following expressions:

"As the Mavi Marmara Association, in accordance with the decision we have taken with the International Freedom Flotilla, of which we are a member, we are setting off for Gaza again as a civilian and independent movement. Our actions against the naval blockade in Gaza are always subject to the principles of non-violence and non-violent resistance. Support us in the purchase of ships for the flotilla and the provision of humanitarian aid supplies, and raise your voice against the blockade and embargo."

The statement also included the association's bank account numbers for donations and support.
