May 1 restrictions in Istanbul partially lifted
Restrictions at some points that were closed to traffic as part of the May 1 Labor and Solidarity Day celebrations have been lifted.

May 1 Labor and Solidarity Day measures that led to the closure of certain points to traffic were lifted as of 16:00.
The roads and public transport services where restrictions have been lifted in Istanbul are as follows:
FATİH
15 Temmuz Şehitler Street, Macar Kardeşler Street, Fevzipaşa Street, Atatürk Street, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Street, Cemal Birsel Street, Kennedy Street, Ragıp Gümüşpala Street, Kadir Has Street, Abdulezel Street, Büyük Kahraman Street, İtfaiye Street, Hayriye Tüccarı Street, 16 Mart Şehitleri Street, Akdeniz Street.
Vehicle traffic on the Atatürk (Unkapanı) Bridge in the direction of Kasımpaşa;
Evliya Çelebi Street (excluding roads connecting to Tarlabaşı direction)
Turabi Baba Street
Bahariye Street (excluding roads connecting to Tarlabaşı Boulevard)
Piyale Paşa Boulevard and
Hasdal-Okmeydanı Connection road (Piyale Paşa direction), Kasımpaşa Bahariye Street have been opened to traffic.

Refik Saydam Street, Tersane Street, Kurtuluş Deresi Street, Sıracevizler Street, Darülaceze Street, Bahariye Street,
The Galata Bridge will remain closed in both directions.
