Mayors clash with each other!

Yozgat Mayor Dr. Kazım Arslan responded to statements targeting Yozgat and Konya made by CHP Bolu Mayor Tanju Özcan on his social media account, saying, "Do not attempt to use Yozgat and the people of Yozgat for your shows."

Bolu Mayor Tanju Özcan's remarks on his social media account regarding a fine issued to a citizen for littering in Bolu, where he stated, "This is not Yozgat, this is not Konya, my brother, you cannot throw your trash here. A fine notification of 14 thousand 407 TL has been sent to the relevant company and the vehicle owner. I am not like your mayors. I will not let anyone dirty the cleanest city in Turkey," drew significant backlash in the city.

Responding to these statements by Özcan, Mayor Arslan replied in a post on his social media account, saying, "You mind your business, and we will mind ours. Do not attempt to use Yozgat and the people of Yozgat for your shows. It is neither your right nor your place to offend the people of an entire city based on an isolated incident. Who told you that our places are dirty?"
