Mazlum Abdi, sought by Turkey via Interpol Red Notice, meets with France

French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot met with Mazlum Abdi, the leader of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF)—the so-called military wing of the YPG, a PKK affiliate in Syria—in the city of Erbil in northern Iraq.

The meeting with the terrorist, who is sought by Turkey via an Interpol Red Notice, took place in the region under the control of the Barzani administration.
