Mehmet Akif Ersoy's father breaks his silence

Nadir Ersoy, the father of journalist Mehmet Akif Ersoy, who was arrested as part of a narcotics operation, spoke to Odatv for the first time following his son's arrest. Expressing his confidence in his son, Ersoy said, "Mehmet Akif will emerge stronger."

Following Mehmet Akif Ersoy's arrest on charges of "facilitating the use of narcotic substances and establishing an organization for the purpose of committing crimes," his father, Nadir Ersoy, sent a video message reiterating his confidence in his son.

Ersoy stated, "With God's permission, my son will emerge from that cell he has entered stronger, just like Joseph (Yusuf Aleyhisselam)."

In his video message, Nadir Ersoy also made significant remarks regarding the Palestinian cause. Emphasizing that protests against Israel must continue without weakening, Ersoy stated that the agenda should not be diverted from this issue.
