The footage shared on social media shows a person, who introduced himself as a former undersecretary, threatening the prosecutor in his office by wagging his finger. In his threatening remarks, the individual, who made an explicit threat to the prosecutor on behalf of the gang, attempted to spread fear by saying, "It is not enough to just protect yourself; you also need to protect your wife going to the market, your father going to the mosque, and your children."

Eight members of the "Newborn" gang, who threatened the prosecutor conducting the investigation into allegations that 12 babies died due to negligence after being unnecessarily admitted to intensive care units in private hospitals in Istanbul, Çorlu, and Tekirdağ, have been transferred to the courthouse.
The Büyükçekmece Chief Public Prosecutor's Office launched an investigation into the threatening of Public Prosecutor Y.E., who is leading the investigation into the allegations that 12 babies died due to negligence after being admitted to intensive care units in private hospitals. Eleven people were detained in connection with the incident. Eight of the detained suspects were transferred to the Büyükçekmece Courthouse today. It was learned that the processing of the 3 remaining suspects is ongoing at the gendarmerie.
