İYİ Party Chair Meral Akşenermade a statement on her X account regarding the rejection of her party's extraordinary appeal to the Supreme Election Council (YSK) for the renewal of the Metropolitan Mayoral elections in Ordu.

In her statement, Akşener noted the following:

"No other country has been as 'fortunate' as us to have a Supreme Election Council that so consistently makes such unjust, unserious, and incompetent decisions in the face of election irregularities... Today, the YSK has rejected all our objections regarding the Ordu elections, where 98,000 votes were invalid, unused envelopes and ballots were flying around, 'partisan' civil servants were present at the ballot boxes, and many other anomalies were proven with evidence...

The YSK has added another stain to its own history by disregarding the will of the people of Ordu. It has served the legitimate mandate our Ordu Metropolitan Mayoral candidate Enver Yılmazreceived from our nation at the ballot box as 'haram' on the table of thieves. I would like to remind those who still see themselves as superior to the national will once again that the truth has a very beautiful habit of eventually coming to light, and justice always finds its rightful owner one day..."
