Message from Dilek İmamoğlu after casting her vote in the primary

The Republican People's Party (CHP) went to the polls for the primary election organized to determine its presidential candidate.
The voting process, which began in the morning, is taking place at 5,600 ballot boxes set up across the country.
In the primary election, in which Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu is participating as the sole candidate, İmamoğlu's wife, Dilek İmamoğlu, also cast her vote at the polling center in Saraçhane.
In a post on her X account, Dilek İmamoğlu stated, "We have cast our votes. I invite our nation, to whom Ekrem İmamoğlu says 'I entrust myself,' to the ballot boxes. We are casting our votes to support Mayor Ekrem; for democracy, justice, and the future. I also sincerely thank all our citizens who have been by our side for days. We are not afraid and we never give up. Today, we are showing once again with our votes how strong we are through solidarity and that we do not accept hopelessness. We hold our heads high, and our conscience is clear. We will see beautiful days together."
