New details have emerged in the file regarding Haluk Levent, who was arrested as part of the Ahbap investigation. It is stated that Sevda Kurt filed a complaint alleging that she was defrauded of approximately 90 million TL after being deceived by Levent with promises of marriage and declarations that debts would be repaid.

According to the report in the Sabah newspaper, Kurt stated that she received HLK coins in exchange for the money she lent, but that these coins were later blocked. It was reported that the file also contains message contents allegedly showing that coin donations received during the earthquake period were offset against Levent's debts instead of being transferred to the Ahbap Association accounts.

One of the WhatsApp messages stated to be in the file.
The messages also included allegations regarding Ahbap audits and campaign revenues.

PAYMENT MESSAGES ENTERED THE FILE

It was stated that WhatsApp correspondence with Levent's assistant, Yeliz Kaya, was also accessed during a preliminary examination of Kurt's mobile phone. According to the messages reported, Kaya told Kurt, "Hello Ms. Sevda, we will make a payment of between 400,000 and 500,000 dollars to you next Friday. After making this payment, we will provide clear information on the remaining payment plan on the same day."

It was noted that Kurt replied to this message, "I don't believe you at all. Payments have been 'coming on Friday' for a year." It was reported that in the continuation of the correspondence, Kaya said that if the payment was not made, the procedures mentioned by Kurt would be initiated; and that when the money was not deposited in the following days, Kurt asked for the payment date again.

Different topics were also included in the correspondence stated to have entered the file.
The messages included statements that payment would be made if the coins were unlocked.

It was stated that Sevda Kurt and Haluk Levent first met in February 2022 following a donation appeal made from the Ahbap Association's social media account. It was stated that after Kurt said she wanted to donate 10,000 TL to those in need, she was called by Levent and later invited to the association's headquarters.

According to Kurt's statement, Levent asked for a loan, saying he had investments in Switzerland but was in a financial bind. It was reported that Kurt sent money in three installments in 2022, but despite this, she said she could not collect her 160,000 dollar receivable.

It was alleged that the correspondence contained statements regarding the unlocking of coins and that payment would be made.
In the report, images of the debt record and promissory note were also shown among the file details.

According to the report, Levent requested a new loan of 80 million TL from Kurt in March 2025. It was alleged that Kurt sent another 70 million TL to Yeliz Kaya's account in the hope of recovering her previous receivable; she received a promissory note for 92 million TL in return but did not receive payment.

Kurt claimed that in October 2025, Levent called her in the morning, saying there was an arrest warrant for him and that he would be detained if she did not deposit money, and that she gave another 9.4 million TL for this reason. Stating that she could not reach Levent after this payment, Kurt expressed that the "Nigella" (HLK/USDT) coins given as collateral were also blocked.

It was reported that Kurt said during her interrogation by the judge, "When he realized I was wealthy, he started calling me every day. He was saying he would marry me. I lent him 90 million TL. I learned he was married 2-3 days ago in the detention center."

Sevda Kurt filed a complaint, alleging she was defrauded of approximately 90 million TL.
