According to the latest assessments made by the Turkish State Meteorological Service, the north and east of the country are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with precipitation expected in the Eastern Black Sea coast, the southeast of Eastern Anatolia, the east of Southeastern Anatolia, Hatay, Şanlıurfa, Artvin, and in the early hours in the vicinity of Adana, Elazığ, and Tunceli, while other areas are expected to be mostly clear. 

Precipitation is generally expected to be in the form of rain and showers, and sleet in the higher elevations of the southeast of Eastern Anatolia. There is an avalanche risk on the snow-covered, sloping hillsides in the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea region and the north and east of Eastern Anatolia. Haze and occasional fog are expected in the interior regions during the morning and night hours.
