According to the latest assessments by the General Directorate of Meteorology, it is estimated that the Marmara region (except Balıkesir), the Eastern Mediterranean, the eastern part of Central Anatolia, the Eastern Black Sea, Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia, and the surroundings of Ordu will experience precipitation. The precipitation, which is expected to be heavy in the eastern parts of the country, is generally expected to be in the form of rain and showers, while it is expected to be sleet and snow in the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea and the north and east of Eastern Anatolia. There is an avalanche danger in the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea and in the north and east of Eastern Anatolia.
