According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the country is expected to be partly to very cloudy overall, with rain and downpours expected in the vicinity of Kocaeli, Yalova, and Samsun this morning.

Icing and frost are expected in the inner and eastern regions, along with occasional fog and mist. There is an avalanche risk in the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea region and in the north and east of Eastern Anatolia.
