According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: It is estimated that the country will be partly to very cloudy, with precipitation expected across the Marmara, Inner Aegean, Western Mediterranean, Central Anatolia, Black Sea, the southeastern part of Eastern Anatolia, as well as the surroundings of Erzurum, Kars, Ardahan, Batman, Mardin, and Siirt.

The precipitation, which is expected to be sleet in coastal areas, snow in inland areas, and rain and showers in southern coastal areas, is expected to be heavy snowfall in the surroundings of Bolu, the higher parts of Zonguldak, Bartın, Karabük, and Düzce provinces, the higher parts of northern Kastamonu, and the higher parts of southern and eastern Sakarya.

It is estimated that icing and frost will be seen in the inner and eastern regions, along with haze and occasional fog during the morning and night hours.

HEAVY SNOWFALL WARNING
