MHP Chairman Bahçeli evaluates the dismissal decision given to lieutenants

MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli made statements regarding the decision to dismiss the lieutenants.

Bahçeli's statements are as follows:

It is a known fact that after the official phase of the National Defense University Land Forces Academy Graduation and Flag Handover Ceremony was completed on Friday, August 30, 2024, a group of lieutenants placed themselves on the military and political agenda by jointly reciting an oath that has no validity.

From that day to this, the dosage of purposeful debates and morbid provocations has been systematically increased under the pressure of ideological impulses. The effort to deliberately use the Turkish Armed Forces, which are the pride and apple of the eye of the Turkish nation, as a tool for daily political polemics has been continuously advanced within the scope of an immoral plan.

The fact that a group, which does not see, cannot see, and even suspiciously avoids seeing and showing the destruction that reading a pirate text accompanied by swords would cause, is eager for opportunism and wants to open a page of political reckoning with heavy consequences is, of course, nothing but the pursuit of an anti-democratic ambition and action goal. Although there is no such thing as presenting and exposing saying "We are all soldiers of Mustafa Kemal" as a crime, it is documented in every sense, and known legally and historically, that those who act contrary to this and attempt to exploit the Honorable Atatürk have failed the test of honesty and sincerity.

In accordance with the statement made by the Ministry of National Defense, a "separation from the armed forces" penalty was imposed on 5 lieutenants and 3 disciplinary supervisors in accordance with the TSK Disciplinary Law.

No act, conspiracy, sedition, event, formation, situation, statement, or grouping that breaks the hierarchical chain of the Turkish Armed Forces, violates its traditions, or cripples its internal discipline and balance structure by dragging it into a crisis should be permitted, and it has not been permitted to this day.

The application of the separation penalty to the addressees through the implementation of the mandatory provisions of the TSK Disciplinary Law is a correct and appropriate decision.

Everyone should respect this decision; those who love coups and wear democratic masks, waiting in ambush to complete and build chaotic, dark, and complex conditions in Turkey, should come to their senses.

There is no hero who loves our homeland and nation who will fall for the game of fake and hypocritical Atatürkists who are chasing the creation of an environment of organized attack and provocation through lieutenants, who will be a figurehead for them, or who will rely on their disgusting scenarios, and there never will be.

Those rotten ones who rub their hands to disrupt the peace and stability of our country by using the three or five people who chant the slogan "We are all soldiers of Mustafa Kemal" as an excuse are primarily responsible and obligated to confess whose soldiers the Mehmetçiks, who have shown extraordinary perseverance and courage in the fight against terrorism for 40 years, are.

Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk is the founder of the Republic of Turkey, the leader of the National Struggle, and the high value of the Turkish nation.

The Honorable Atatürk, along with all his brilliant and well-deserved qualities, is a soldier of the Turkish nation.

The Turkish Armed Forces is an army of law and was born from the spirit of the Turkish nation.

As I stated in our press release on September 3, 2024, the Turkish Armed Forces, which writes epics in the fight against terrorism, selflessly performs our internal and external defense, and has made our nation proud by striking fear into enemies for 2234 years since 209 B.C. with its martyrs and veterans, is our medal of honor forever.

It is both a slander devoid of honor and an externally linked operation against the spiritual and historical fabric of the Turkish Armed Forces for those, from the CHP that uses the pirate text of three or five ignorant people as a weapon while hiding behind the Turkish soldier, to certain sold-out media outlets and hired pens who fortify the internal occupation front, to claim that the phrase "We are soldiers of Mustafa Kemal" is being punished.

Those who insidiously serve the formation of a climate of polarization and factionalism in the Turkish Armed Forces are essentially anti-Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk agent provocateurs who desire the weakening of our military power, which arouses admiration in the world.

The Nationalist Movement Party and the People's Alliance are in a state of maximum attention and vigilance against the wretched and disgraceful provocateurs whose backs are patted by the oppressors.

The necessary action has been taken against those who shout and scream as they please with pirate and parallel oaths, and the collective conscience is pleased with this decision.

There is no one left to be deceived or fooled by the clowns who suffer from a loss of principle and will in the grip of political and ideological bigotry and who have turned Atatürkism into a means of livelihood.
