MHP responds to Türkeş with 'Mason' accusation: Tuğrul Türkeş had asked, 'Did Türkeş teach you gangsterism?'

MHP Deputy Chairman and Kayseri MP İsmail Özdemir responded on his social media account to Tuğrul Türkeş's remark, 'Did Türkeş teach you gangsterism?'

AKP Ankara MP and Head of the Turkish Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Tuğrul Türkeş, used harsh language toward his former party and his partners in the People's Alliance, the MHP, stating the following about the MHP:

"They have all been feeding off my surname for 30 years. Then they attack Türkeş's children in the Türkgün newspaper. They claim at every opportunity that Türkeş, whose legacy they have been feeding off for 30 years, could not raise his own children.

It is impossible for me to accept this, but even if we were to accept it as true for a moment, they are then claiming that Türkeş, who supposedly couldn't raise the child in his own home, managed to turn a shepherd from the mountains into a man. Did Türkeş teach you gangsterism?"

'MASON' RESPONSE FROM MHP TO TÜRKEŞ

MHP's İsmail Özdemir responded to Tuğrul Türkeş's statements via his social media account. In his post, Özdemir used the following expressions:

"The blessed founder of our state, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, implemented extremely important decisions with great will and determination to ensure that the Turkish Nation's struggle for freedom would be continuous and last forever, along with the Republic and our new state declared after the War of Independence.

At the forefront of these decisions was the closure of Masonic lodges and the complete termination of their activities. However, in subsequent years, these structures found a climate in which they could continue their activities.

In Turkey's political stability and the Turkish Nation's struggle for survival, this same structure has always shown itself in all scenarios that seek to stand against the sun of freedom and independence.

The fact that this structure has exposed itself to this extent at the current stage regarding the Osman Kavala issue, which has been condemned by the conscience of the Turkish Nation and before the law, is noteworthy because the relevant structure has begun to expose itself as if committing suicide.

At the current stage, for what motive and reason do Masons want to keep the Osman Kavala issue on the agenda and ignore the provisions within the framework of the laws?

With whom are Masonic circles cooperating regarding Osman Kavala, who is known to be involved in almost every act aimed at Turkey's national unity and solidarity?

Beyond cooperation, which 'brothers' are they putting forward and in exchange for what?

As a requirement of our noble nation's determination to protect its rights, sovereignty, and ideals against structures that exceed their legal areas of activity and target Turkey's struggle for survival, these issues must be carefully followed by the public. 

Likewise, it is important that security and judicial authorities also conduct their investigations regarding the relevant subject with sensitivity."
