MHP Antalya Deputy Hilmi Durgun stated in a written statement that Kasımpaşa and Eyüpspor, which are competing in the 2025-2026 Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz season, have been placed under TMSF management as part of various investigations.

Durgun noted that Kasımpaşa Sports Club was managed by a trustee between September 30, 2025, and February 5, 2026, and that Eyüpspor has been under trustee management since January 16, 2026.

Emphasizing that both clubs were managed by the same institution for approximately 3 weeks, Durgun stated that the Turkish Football Federation regulations prohibit the control of more than one club by the same natural or legal person on the grounds that it would jeopardize the integrity of the competitions.

Stating that similar regulations exist in UEFA and FIFA statutes, Durgun said, "The TFF must do what is necessary for both of these teams, which are managed by the same institution, in accordance with the regulations."

Expressing that he is also an Antalyaspor fan, Durgun stated that he would follow the matter, adding, "Clean football comes with justice. I will follow this matter to the end."
