Middle East in flames... Hezbollah attacks Israeli infantry forces

Hezbollah announced that it responded to an infiltration attempt by Israeli forces in the town of Al-Adeisseh, located in the Marjeyoun district of the Nabatieh Governorate in southern Lebanon.

CLASHES ERUPTED

In a statement released via the social media platform Telegram, Hezbollah reported that it confronted an Israeli infantry force attempting to infiltrate the town of Al-Adeisseh from the direction of Hallet El-Mahafir this morning.

It was stated that Hezbollah elements engaged in clashes with the Israeli forces, inflicting casualties, thwarting the infiltration attempt, and forcing the Israeli troops to retreat.

Tel Aviv had announced yesterday morning that it had launched a military operation in southern Lebanon. However, Hezbollah countered this claim, emphasizing that no ground assault by Israeli forces had taken place throughout the day. In statements made yesterday, Hezbollah denied Israel's claims, stating that there had been no direct clashes in southern Lebanon.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Tensions are escalating in the Middle East. Iran has launched a missile attack on Israel. It is reported that at least 200 missiles were fired from Iran at Israel. Following the attack, it was announced that there were no deaths or injuries across Israel.

An announcement was made that civilians could leave their shelters.

'IRAN WILL PAY THE PRICE'

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said, "Iran made a big mistake tonight and it will pay the price." Speaking at the opening of a cabinet meeting, Netanyahu stated, "Iran does not understand our determination to retaliate against our enemies. They will understand. We will adhere to the rule we have established: whoever attacks us, we will strike back."

IRAN TARGETED THREE MILITARY BASES

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) reported in a new statement that the missile attack targeted three military bases in the Tel Aviv area. According to Iranian state media, the attack also involved a large-scale cyberattack and, for the first time, the use of Iran's new Fattah hypersonic ballistic missiles.

As we previously reported, the Israeli military had announced that approximately 180 missiles were fired into the country and that the vast majority of them were intercepted.

VICTORY MESSAGE FROM KHAMENEI

Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei implied in statements made via social media that his country would achieve victory. Quoting from the Quran, Khamenei emphasized that despite difficulties, those who are in the right will eventually prevail. He delivered a similar message in a video sharing footage of the Iranian missiles being launched.
