Miners in Niğde take action: Site entrances and exits blocked!

Workers at a mining facility in the Ulukışla district of Niğde have launched a protest. The 110 workers at the facility began the protest in front of the site, citing their dismissal by NARTAŞ, the company that recently won the tender. 

According to the information obtained, the new company that won the tender did not want to work with the laborers who are from the local village. The workers, who were dismissed en masse, launched a protest. 

Protesting the situation, the workers blocked the site's entrances and exits, halting transport operations. 

The workers stated that they had been working at the mining company in question for many years and that the new firm did not want to work with the local people. 

Stating that the new subcontractor firm has victimized them, the workers expressed that they would continue their struggle until they receive their rights.
