Minister Fidan offered his condolences regarding the assassination of Hamas leader Haniyeh.
Fidan evaluated the agenda and answered questions during a live broadcast on a television program he attended.
When asked whether Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu being given a standing ovation during his speech to the US Congress and the support he received from the US encouraged him, Fidan emphasized that this situation would "undoubtedly always encourage" Netanyahu.
"NETANYAHU HAS TAKEN AMERICA HOSTAGE"
Fidan assessed, "I think Netanyahu is very well aware of this. He has taken America hostage. If he enters a war in Lebanon, the US has no choice but to enter the war behind Netanyahu."
Regarding the assassination of Hamas Political Bureau Chief Ismail Haniyeh in Iran, Fidan stated, "I would like to once again, through you, wish for God's mercy upon the martyr Ismail Haniyeh. May God grant him a place in heaven.
I offer my condolences to his family. I offer my condolences to the Palestinian nation.
I offer my condolences to the Islamic world.
Let them not forget that by murdering him, they have also murdered peace.
I am specifically underlining this message."
