Minister Gürlek: We will continue to follow up on every action

Minister of Justice Gürlek shared a post on his social media account regarding the acceptance of the indictment for the Sumud flotilla.

In his post, he stated, "An important judicial process has begun with the acceptance of the indictment prepared by our Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding Israel's barbaric attack on the Sumud flotilla, which was carrying humanitarian aid to Gaza.

The fact that this historic investigation, which we initiated during my tenure, has reached the trial stage is a concrete indicator of the determined will demonstrated by Turkish justice on the basis of international law."

Stating that Türkiye opposes oppression in every field, Minister Gürlek said, "Under the strong leadership of our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the Republic of Türkiye clearly and unequivocally demonstrates its stance against oppression not only in the field of diplomacy but also on legal grounds.

No one can hide the gravity of the crimes they have committed behind their office.

Netanyahu and his network of massacre accomplices will certainly face the consequences before the law for their planned and systematic attacks against civilians, as well as grave acts such as crimes against humanity, genocide, torture, and looting.
