Minister Işıkhan gives a date: Minimum Wage Determination Commission to meet

Citizens have turned their eyes to the minimum wage increase rate to be announced for the new year. Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan made a critical statement on the subject following the Cabinet meeting.

 Işıkhan stated that the minimum wage negotiations will begin in the first or second week of December. Emphasizing that the process will proceed using the same method as last year, Işıkhan said, "We will announce the process once the minimum wage calendar is set. We are prepared."

PARTIES WILL BE BROUGHT TOGETHER 

While answering journalists' questions regarding the minimum wage, Minister Işıkhan stated that they will come together with the parties again this year to initiate the negotiations and that the process will proceed in an orderly manner.

The rate of the increase to be applied to the minimum wage is being awaited with curiosity.
