In his social media statement, Minister Koca said, "The first baby of the new year was born at Hatay Defne State Hospital. May you see many, many new years, baby Muhammet Talha."
Minister Koca stated the following:
"The first baby of the new year was born at Hatay Defne State Hospital. We wholeheartedly congratulate the couple, Fethiye and Adem, and wish for their child to grow up to be a beneficial person for our country and humanity. May you see many, many new years, baby Muhammet Talha."
