Minister Memişoğlu announced: 'Our trucks have set off for Iran'

Minister Memişoğlu said, "We are representatives of a civilization of kindness that always turns its route toward brotherhood and healing. With a 'Human First' approach, we continue to support the oppressed in every corner of our heartland, heal wounds, and cultivate hope. With this belief, our aid trucks loaded with medical supplies and equipment have set off for our neighbor, Iran. With an understanding that centers on keeping people alive, we will continue to mobilize all the resources we have for those waiting for healing."

The decision to send medical aid trucks to Iran was made following the 15-day temporary ceasefire reached between the US and Iran. The prepared trucks contain various medical supplies and equipment. The aid is expected to contribute to meeting health needs in Iran.

Turkey continues to support its neighbors during times of crisis and need. With this latest shipment, it was emphasized that a human-oriented approach to aid has once again come to the fore.
