Minister Yerlikaya announced: 2,000 people brought from Gaza

Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya said that a total of 2,227 people have been brought to Istanbul and Ankara, including 1,348 evacuated from Gaza and 879 patients and their companions who have been taken under treatment in hospitals.

Yerlikaya stated, "We are also providing accommodation for 1,871 of them. Furthermore, 900 million TL has been collected to date for our Gazan brothers and sisters in the Palestine Humanitarian Aid Campaign. Since October 7, 13 planes and 8 ships carrying food and aid supplies have been delivered to Gaza under the coordination of AFAD," he said.
