Drawing attention to the importance of legal residency rights and defining irregular migrants, Yerlikaya said, "Look, there is a definition regarding foreigners. He stated that in Fatih, the number of foreigners with legal residency rights is 39 thousand, and the number of Syrians is 20 thousand.
