Minister Yerlikaya issues warning for 9 provinces: Floods, inundations, landslides, heavy rainfall....

Minister of Interior Ali Yerlikaya has issued a warning to remain cautious due to extreme rainfall expected tomorrow in Balıkesir, Edirne, Kırklareli, Tekirdağ, Çanakkale, Bursa, Kocaeli, Istanbul, and Manisa.

Minister Yerlikaya shared a post on his social media account regarding the extreme rainfall expected in 9 provinces tomorrow.

Pointing out that the General Directorate of Meteorology has issued an orange alert for Balıkesir and yellow alerts for Edirne, Kırklareli, Tekirdağ, Çanakkale, Bursa, Kocaeli, Istanbul, and Manisa due to extreme rainfall, Yerlikaya stated the following:

"It is of great importance that our citizens do not let their guard down against potential negative consequences such as floods, inundations, and landslides that may occur due to extreme rainfall. Our 112 Emergency Call Center will be on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. May God protect our country and our nation from all kinds of disasters."
