The Ministry of Family and Social Services became a topic of discussion with its social media post for February 14, Valentine's Day. While the post used the phrase “If you love them, go get married, I think…”, the ministry's ‘Marriage Loan’ program was also added below it. The post also referenced President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan declaring 2025 as the “Year of the Family” and used the ‘Year of the Family’ hashtag.

 

Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş had stated in a recent announcement that they had designated 2025 as a period in which work focused on the family would take priority.
