The Ministry of Family has issued a warning against fraudsters regarding birth grant applications. The Ministry announced that applications are only made via e-Devlet.

STATEMENT ON BIRTH GRANTS FROM THE MINISTRY OF FAMILY

The Ministry of Family and Social Services warned citizens against fraudsters, stating that birth grant applications are only made via e-Devlet.

The statement from the Ministry included the following remarks:

"Let us be cautious against fraud attempts. Applications for birth grants are only made via e-Devlet. Please protect your personal information and be careful against fraudsters. Use only the e-Devlet platform for applications."

HOW MUCH IS THE BIRTH GRANT?

According to the new regulation:

5 thousand TL one-time payment for the first child

1,500 TL monthly for the second child

5 thousand TL monthly for the third and subsequent children

These supports will be delivered to the beneficiaries directly through the Social Assistance and Solidarity Promotion Fund, without being subject to any taxes or deductions.

SUPPORT WILL CONTINUE UNTIL AGE 5

The monthly birth grant provided for the second and subsequent children will continue until the month the child turns 5 years old. This practice aims to contribute to families raising their children in healthier conditions.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A BIRTH GRANT?

Applications can be made through the following channels:

Online via e-Devlet

Provincial Directorates of Family and Social Services

Social Service Centers

APPLICATION VIA REGISTERED MAIL OR CARGO

For birth grant applications, the child must be registered in the Identity Sharing System, and then a "Birth Grant Application Petition" must be filled out and signed.
