The Ministry of National Defense (MSB) announced that 9 people, including 1 PKK/KCK member, who were attempting to cross from Turkey to Greece illegally, were captured by border units.

The statement made on the Ministry's social media account is as follows:

"Our fight against illegal crossings continues for the security of our borders. 9 individuals attempting to cross from our country to Greece illegally were captured by our border units stationed in Edirne. As a result of the investigation, it was determined that one of the captured individuals is a member of the PKK/KCK terrorist organization."
