Ministry of National Defense announces sad news: One soldier martyred in vehicle accident

The Ministry of National Defense (MSB) reported that Infantry Specialist Sergeant Burak Geniş was martyred in a vehicle accident that occurred in Ağrı.

The statement issued by the MSB included the following:

"Our heroic comrade-in-arms, Infantry Specialist Sergeant Burak Geniş, has been martyred in a vehicle accident that occurred in Ağrı. We wish God's mercy upon our dear martyr who lost his life in this incident that has plunged us into deep pain and sorrow, and we extend our condolences and patience to his grieving family, the Turkish Armed Forces, and our noble nation."

Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler also published a message wishing God's mercy upon the martyr Geniş and extending his condolences to his family and the Turkish nation.
