The National Intelligence Organization (MIT) has neutralized Caize Selber and Emine Ulaş, two so-called senior members of the PKK/KCK terrorist organization who were extorting the local population for the group, in Sulaymaniyah, northern Iraq.
Through its intelligence network, the MIT determined that the two terrorists were most recently operating in the Penjwen region, located in the rural area of Sulaymaniyah near the Iranian border.
THEY WERE IN CLOSE CONTACT WITH THE ORGANIZATION'S TOP LEADERSHIP
According to TRT Haber, as a result of precise operations conducted by the MIT, it was learned that Caize Selber, codenamed Berfin Roj, and Emine Ulaş, codenamed Tekoşin Dilgeş, were in close contact with the senior leadership of the PKK/KCK.
It was determined that the PKK/KCK terrorists, acting on instructions they received, were extorting the local population under the guise of taxation, using the collected funds to recruit personnel for attacks against Turkish security forces, and providing logistical support to the organization.
Furthermore, it was established that the two terrorists identified and encouraged young people to join the terrorist organization, manipulated them through ideological propaganda, and transmitted instructions for actions to members of the youth structure in Turkey.
The PKK/KCK members Caize Selber and Emine Ulaş, who were on the wanted list for terrorism, were on the MIT's target list. The most suitable moment was awaited for the operation against the two terrorists, who were tracked step by step. Once their locations were identified, the two terrorists were neutralized in a precision operation by the MIT in the rural area of Sulaymaniyah, Iraq.
