Mother throws newborn baby from first floor in Pendik
In Pendik, a mother and her boyfriend who threw her newborn baby from their first-floor apartment have been taken into custody. The suspects were referred to the courthouse following their processing at the police station.

Pendik, on the night of March 1, a newborn baby was found in the garden of an apartment building.
While the baby, who was handed over to medical teams, continues to receive treatment in intensive care, the mother, A.Y., and her boyfriend, D.Ç., who were learned to have thrown the baby from their first-floor home, were apprehended and taken into custody.
THEY WILL BE TRIED FOR ATTEMPTED INTENTIONAL HOMICIDE
The two suspects, whose processing at the police station was completed, were referred to the Anadolu Courthouse in Kartal on charges of "attempted intentional homicide." The suspects' proceedings at the courthouse are ongoing.
On the other hand, it was determined that the mother, A.Y., had hidden her pregnancy from her family and threw the baby, whom she gave birth to during the night, from her first-floor home.
