Muhittin Böcek transferred to hospital
Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Muhittin Böcek was transferred to the hospital due to health complaints. After his check-ups and examinations were completed, Böcek was taken back to prison.

Muhittin Böcek, who was detained on July 4 as part of the bribery and corruption investigation launched by the Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, arrested by the court on July 5 and sent to Döşemealtı L-Type Prison, and subsequently suspended from his duties by the Ministry of Interior, was transferred to the hospital in the evening hours due to health complaints.
Böcek was brought to Antalya Training and Research Hospital for examinations due to complaints of numbness in his head, while extensive security measures were taken at the hospital by gendarmerie and private security personnel.
Muhittin Böcek, who was admitted through the Emergency Department around 19:30, underwent a CT scan and an MRI following a doctor's examination.
During the procedures for Muhittin Böcek, who remained at the hospital for approximately 2.5 hours, the Emergency Department's CT and MRI section at the Antalya Training and Research Hospital was closed to public access.
The hospital's private security did not allow anyone other than authorized personnel to enter the section where Böcek was located.
Following the completion of his check-ups, Muhittin Böcek was taken back to Döşemealtı L-Type Prison under security measures.
