In Istanbul's Küçükçekmece district, a 3-story building, 1.5 floors of which were illegal, collapsed this morning for reasons yet to be determined.

An IETT bus that was at the scene during the collapse sustained damage.

Footage has emerged showing that the bus escaped the accident by 1 second and stopped at the very last moment.
