The People's Alliance's AKP candidate Murat Kurum has come to the agenda with a new gaffe.
Visiting Sultanbeyli, Kurum said, “Those who look for us… We have put our hard hats on our feet, we have put our boots on our feet again…”
While these words were interpreted as Kurum stopping himself while saying we put our hard hats on our feet, the moment did not escape the cameras.
HE ALSO MADE A METRO GAFFE
Here, Kurum also promised a metro line that has already been completed and will open on Saturday, March 16, saying, “We will quickly build our Çekmeköy-Sancaktepe-Sultanbeyli metro line.” İmamoğlu’s advisor Murat Ongun wrote the following on his X account in response to Kurum’s words: “The line you promised is opening on Saturday, March 16 at 13.30. All our people are invited. You are too.”
Kurum had previously confused Büyükçekmece and Küçükçekmece, and had also thought Beykoz was on the European Side.
