According to the document review, Kurum owns residences in the Çankaya and Altındağ districts of Ankara, as well as one in the Kağıthane district of Istanbul.

Murat Kurum also owns a 2023 model Peugeot 408 vehicle. The value of this vehicle is 1 million 200 thousand TL.
