Murat Ongun addresses prosecutors in IMM investigation! Responds to asset claims

Stating that the information regarding his assets in the IMM indictment does not reflect the truth, Murat Ongun addressed the prosecutors of the investigation.

Murat Ongun, advisor to IMM President Ekrem İmamoğlu and Chairman of the Board of Medya A.Ş., made a statement on his personal social media account regarding the asset claims included in the IMM indictment against him.

Using the phrase "I have been subjected to unfair accusations in the media and on social media," Ongun also issued a call to the prosecutors conducting the IMM investigation.

MESSAGE OF "I AM NOT LOOKING FOR INTENT IN THE ERROR"

"One of the many factual errors in your indictment concerns my assets. Because of this GROSS error, I have been subjected to unfair accusations in the media and on social media," said Ongun, who included the following information in his post:

"The errors regarding my assets are as follows;

BETWEEN 2014-2019: 1 Olive Grove-1 Plot of Land

I do not own such property

After 2019: 4 Plots of Land - 1 Hazelnut Orchard -

1 FIELD - 1 FIELD Title deed record

I DO NOT OWN SUCH PROPERTY EITHER!

I have 1 residence that I acquired before taking office at the IMM, and other than this residence, I still do not have any assets.

I stated this in my police and prosecutor testimony. I am not looking for intent in the occurrence of such an exaggerated error in title deed information that is very easy to access. I only expect this error to be corrected and a correct statement to be made to the public.
