His name is Celal Çakmak.
There was a "complainant" statement in the IMM investigation.
He said, "Murat Ongun demanded a 20 million lira bribe from me, and I gave him 5 million. I have a voice recording of it."
However, this accusation with 'evidence' (!) is NOT in the indictment!
