Chilling camera footage has emerged in the murder case of 20-year-old university student Ata Emre Akman, who lost his life in a knife attack in the Karesi district of Balıkesir while working as a motorcycle courier to earn extra money. The footage of the murder once again revealed the scale of the brutality.
In the footage of the murder, it was seen that 17-year-old E.Ö. confronted Akman on the street after he came down from the house where he had delivered the order. The moments when E.Ö. grabbed Akman by the collar and stabbed him repeatedly were captured on camera.
It was observed that the motorcycle courier Akman stumbled for a while after receiving the knife wounds and then fell after reaching his motorcycle.
KILLER HAS 6 PRIOR CRIMINAL RECORDS
It was learned that E.Ö. had 6 separate criminal records for intentional injury and threats. It also emerged that the killer was intoxicated at the time of the incident.
WHAT HAPPENED?
Ata Emre Akman, a student at the Balıkesir University Faculty of Tourism, Department of Tourism Guidance, who had started the job just 5 days earlier and set out on his motorcycle to deliver an order, was attacked with a knife by an individual named E.Ö. (17) for an unknown reason on Emir Street in the Karaoğlan neighborhood of Karesi district. Akman, who received 25 knife wounds to various parts of his body, lost his life at the scene, and E.Ö., who fled, was apprehended by police teams.
