The lifeless body of 8-year-old Narin Güran, who went missing after attending a Quran course on August 21 in the Tavşantepe neighborhood of Diyarbakır's Bağlar district, was found in a sack by a stream 19 days later.

According to a report by NTV, the testimony given to the prosecutor by the mother, Yüksel Güran, who was detained as part of the Narin Güran murder investigation, has been revealed.

Maintaining a calm and composed demeanor during the interrogation, mother Yüksel Güran denied all allegations against her.

She responded to many of the prosecutor's questions by saying, "I don't know, I have no news, and I didn't see anything." When asked about her relationship with the uncle, she stated, "There is absolutely no such thing; I am ashamed of these allegations. May God punish whoever killed Narin."

"I CALLED BY MISTAKE"

Prosecutor: Did you kill her because Narin saw you and the uncle?

Answer: No, there is absolutely no such thing.

The prosecutor then asked about her calling Narin Güran's uncle three times after 3:15 PM. Defending herself regarding the calls identified in the HTS records, Yüksel Güran said, "I called once by mistake. I did not call him any other time."

“I DO NOT KNOW WHO KILLED HER”

Following the answer received, the prosecutor asked, "Does anyone else use your phone?" Yüksel Güran said "No," but could not explain the reason for those two calls.

Yüksel Güran stated, "Salim and Nevzat had a very good relationship. They were constantly going places together. As a family, we have no hostility toward anyone. I do not know who kidnapped Narin or who killed her."
