Within this scope, 13 second-class police chiefs, including Beşiktaş District Police Chief Mehmet Baykara, Kağıthane District Police Chief Mesut Aslan, and Fatih District Police Chief Cemal Ünlü, were appointed as deputy provincial police chiefs.
