In a statement issued by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was announced that Serdar Sertçelik, who is currently in custody for other crimes, was also arrested by the Ankara 32nd High Criminal Court on 02/02/2026, under case file number 2025/803, on charges of "managing an armed organization established to commit crimes, intentional injury, deprivation of liberty, robbery, and intentional homicide."
Serdar Sertçelik, who was wanted via an Interpol Red Notice, had been extradited to Turkey by Hungary.
