New development in Tera and Pusula Holding investigation

Five suspects detained in the investigation into opposition to the Capital Markets Law, conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, have been referred to the courthouse.
Police procedures have been completed for Tera Holding Chairman of the Board Emre Tezmen, Pusula Holding Chairman of the Board Serdar Turhan, Tera Portföy Board Member and Topkapı University Rector Emre Alkin, Tera Portföy General Manager Alper Öztürk, and Tera Yatırım Independent Board Member Kerem Alkin, who were detained as part of the investigation.
It was learned that the suspects' statement procedures at the courthouse are ongoing.
