New development in 'testimony' regarding the fatal accident involving Eylem Tok's son

A new development has occurred in the investigation into the death of Oğuz Murat Aci, who was killed in a fatal accident that shook Turkey, after the suspect T.C. fled to America with his mother, Eylem Tok. T.C.'s father, Bülent Cihantimur, arrived at the courthouse with his lawyers.

Father Op. Dr. Bülent Cihantimur, who is subject to a travel ban, was summoned by the prosecutor's office. As part of the ongoing investigation, company employee Ayşe Ceren A. was arrested on allegations of assisting Eylem Tok and her son in their escape abroad.

The investigation continues into the fatal traffic accident that has remained on Turkey's agenda, involving mother Eylem Tok, who fled with her 17-year-old son first to Egypt and then to the USA. Company employee Ayşe Ceren A., who was detained and brought to the courthouse the other day, was arrested on allegations of "organizing the escape plan" for Eylem Tok and her son.

A judicial control decision was also issued for company driver A.K., who found a missing phone belonging to one of the injured parties after the incident and delivered it to the police, and a travel ban was imposed on him.

FATHER SUMMONED TO PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE

Another new development has occurred within the scope of this investigation. It was revealed that the father, Bülent Cihantimur, had not yet provided a statement, and he was summoned to the prosecutor's office by the Public Prosecutor's Office conducting the investigation.

Confirming the summons, Hacı Orhan, the lawyer for Murat Oğuz Aci, stated that the father had not yet responded to this invitation. Following this summons, the father is expected to go to the prosecutor's office to provide a statement.
