New development in the investigation into Eylem Tok and her son: Release ordered
The individual who drove 17-year-old driver T.C., who caused an accident in Istanbul's Eyüpsultan district that left one person dead and four injured, and his mother Eylem Tok to the airport has been released.

The investigation launched by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the accident, in which Oğuz Murat Aci lost his life and four others were injured, continues.
The Istanbul 7th Criminal Court of Peace has ordered the release of Ayşe Ceren S., who was determined to be an employee of Bülent Cihantimur and had been arrested on charges of "aiding and abetting a criminal" and "concealing evidence."
WHAT HAPPENED?
In Eyüpsultan on March 1, one of three ATV vehicles traveling on the road broke down. While the broken-down vehicle was being repaired on the side of the road, one of two vehicles traveling in the same direction struck the three ATVs.
The five people injured in the accident were taken to the hospital, where Oğuz Murat Aci could not be saved despite medical intervention.
Investigations revealed that the 17-year-old driver, T.C., who caused the accident, fled the scene in the vehicle of his mother, Eylem Tok, who had arrived at the location. They went to Istanbul Airport around 02:00 and flew to Egypt with his mother at approximately 04:30.
As part of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, arrest warrants were issued for T.C. and Eylem Tok, who had fled to Egypt, and a request was subsequently sent to the Ministry of Justice for the issuance of a red notice.
Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç also announced that contact had been established with Egyptian judicial authorities and that documents requesting the provisional arrest of the suspects, who were determined to have traveled to the U.S., had been submitted to the competent U.S. authorities.
Ayşe Ceren S., a corporate communications specialist working at the workplace of the suspect's father, Bülent Cihantimur, had been arrested on charges of "aiding and abetting a criminal" and "concealing evidence," while judicial control measures were imposed on Cihantimur and A.K., who had turned over the missing phone of one of the injured victims to the police after the accident.
Father Bülent Cihantimur also gave a statement as a "suspect" on charges of "aiding and abetting a criminal." The court had also decided to impose a judicial control measure on Bülent Cihantimur, including a requirement to "sign in."
