The report regarding the bite marks on the arm of Enes Güran, the brother of 8-year-old Narin Güran who was murdered in Diyarbakır, has been completed.

The 2nd Specialized Forensic Medicine Board has reported that it is impossible to determine whose teeth caused the bite marks on the arm of Enes Güran, the brother of Narin Güran and one of the detainees in her murder case. The board's report stated, "When all these issues are evaluated with all available data, it is opined that a definitive forensic medical distinction cannot be made as to whether Enes Güran was bitten by Yüksel Güran, by Narin Güran, or by himself."
According to the information obtained, the 2nd Specialized Forensic Medicine Board has completed its report regarding whose teeth caused the bite marks on the arm of Enes Güran, one of the detainees in the Narin Güran murder case.
The report included the following statements:
"Considering the localization, traumatic effects, and color of the soft tissue lesions described and identified on Enes Güran's right forearm,
the time of the incident is consistent with the day Narin went missing,
given the appearance of the existing lesions, they may be consistent with human bite marks,
when the report of the Forensic Medicine Institute's Department of Forensic Informatics, Audio and Video Analysis Branch, the oral and dental impression models reported to belong to Yüksel Güran, the dental and jaw examination of Enes Güran and the dental impressions taken, the panoramic radiograph belonging to Narin Güran, autopsy data, scopy images, and dental and jaw findings obtained from photographs are evaluated together;
the lesions on Enes Güran's right forearm could have been caused by biting by Yüksel Güran, Enes Güran, or Narin Güran; however, the lesions in question fall into the '5 inconclusive' category according to the American Board of Forensic Odontology (ABFO) criteria, and therefore do not contain features sufficient for identification from bite marks,
when all these issues are evaluated with all available data, it is opined that a definitive forensic medical distinction cannot be made as to whether Enes Güran was bitten by Yüksel Güran, by Narin Güran, or by himself."
