A teacher who drew a gun on a school principal, claiming to have been subjected to mobbing at a school in Etiler, Istanbul, has been arrested by the court.

At the Levent Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in the Etiler neighborhood of Istanbul's Beşiktaş district, a teacher who claimed to have been subjected to 'mobbing' drew a gun on the school principal and fired.
When the gun jammed, the weapon discharged into the air while he was clearing the chamber, and police and medical teams were dispatched upon notification. Police teams arriving at the scene detained Serdar A. (34), an Information Technology teacher working at the school, following an investigation.
After his interrogation at the police station, the teacher was referred to the courthouse. Serdar A., who was brought before the court following his statement to the prosecutor, was arrested on charges of 'attempted intentional homicide' and sent to prison.
