New investigation request to MASAK in fund probe! 2 years of financial transactions under scrutiny

As part of an investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, a request has been submitted to MASAK to examine the account transactions of executives from certain finance and investment companies, as well as their subsidiaries.
It was stated that the request covers the executives of Pusula Finans Holding AŞ, Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, Hedef Holding AŞ, and Bulls Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, along with their subsidiaries.
It was reported that the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has requested that the Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK) urgently provide details on all international crypto transfers, money transfers, and all account movements conducted from 2024 to the present.
