New 'jackpot' for the Menzil Community! They received a new tender worth millions of liras

The Yedikule Chest Diseases and Thoracic Surgery Training and Research Hospital held a tender on October 20 via the negotiated procedure for the procurement of catering services, including cooking, distribution, and post-service tasks. Only two companies submitted bids for the tender, and the Batman-based company Taç Medikal Elektrik Elektronik won the service contract worth 10 million 680 thousand 500 TL.

MENZIL COMMUNITY CONNECTION

According to the report by Cengiz Karagöz from Halk TV, the close ties between the company's owner, Kamil Biçici, and the Menzil Community are noteworthy. Biçici had previously come to the fore during the inheritance-deed crisis within the community.

It was alleged that during the transfer of the deeds of the complex, which was built with donations from community members in Batman, to the Serhendi Foundation, Biçici viewed the building as an "inheritance" rather than a "deed held in trust." This dispute was a topic of discussion within the community for a long time.

TENDERS RECEIVED FROM THE PUBLIC SECTOR

Kamil Biçici is a figure who has served as the Batman Branch President of TÜMSİAD, which is known for its proximity to the Menzil Community. Biçici's company has received tenders from many public institutions to date, such as Kocaeli University, Düzce University, TPIC, and BOTAŞ. It was stated that the company, which has undertaken a total of 66 public tenders, has a contract value of 242 million 874 thousand 468 TL.
